How I Work

Simple process 

1. Contact Christine and the team on 0161-335-0363, 07990 613 806, or e-mail christineleavy@hotmail.co.uk.

2. I will arrange a viewing of the items to be cleared. In some cases, it may be possible to view photographs of items via the What’s App facility or e-mail.

3. I will provide you with a quote, which will take into account the value of the items, the age and condition of the items, the difficulty involved in clearance and disposal costs:

- For items that have a resale value: I will pay you
- For items without resale value: you will pay me to cover the cost of weighbridges and disposal

Note that I respect the fact that clients may not always be aware of the value of items either owned by them or bequeathed to them, and I will provide an honest and informative quote reflecting their value.

4. I will then arrange a time and date for clearance which suits you.
